The resort’s dining area features bright, modern touches highlighted with handcrafted wood, comfortable chairs, and glass tabletops. The vaulted ceilings create an expansive feeling in an open-air setting overlooking the Crystal Blue Waters of Balayan Bay. Our kitchen opens each morning at 6:30 a.m. with brewed coffee, fresh fruit, and friendly faces. Our breakfast buffet is available daily from 7:00 a.m. and includes a made-to-order omelet station; à la carte options are also available. Dietary restrictions are not an issue. Vegetarian and vegan options are available at any time, and our kitchen team can accommodate most needs with prior notice. Room service is available during our regular kitchen hours, 7:00 am to 9:00 pm daily.
Our coffee station is open around the clock and offers a selection of teas, homemade cookies, and homegrown fruit. Free-flowing water from our freshwater filling stations is always available in the dining room, bar, dive deck, and throughout the property.

Experience authentic Asian, Thai, Western, and Filipino flavors during your stay with us. Meals are served buffet-style, featuring our signature soups and two to three main entrees at lunch and dinner. For those with a sweet tooth, our pastry chef offers creative desserts. Celebrations?
